Fulfillment Locations and Delivery Times
US Fulfillment (Los Angeles): Fast shipping for select bestselling items with delivery in as fast as 5 days.
International Fulfillment: Dispatches globally (including via special lines and express options) with standard delivery taking roughly 5 to 17 working days depending on the chosen carrier and method.
Production Lead Times: Print-on-demand items typically require 1 to 6 working days of production time before shipping.
Duties & Taxes: Uses a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model for many global regions covering freight, duties, and taxes.
Damages and Losses: Damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Reshipping is arranged for verified lost packages, but orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
-Shipping to the US via Special Line costs roughly $4.44 to $4.96 for the first item. Each additional t-shirt in that same order adds only about $0.50 to $2.62 to the shipping cost.
-Heavy streetwear garments cost more to ship due to weight, often ranging closer to $15.00 per individual order.
Arrives in 5 to 7 days to US addresses for qualifying bestselling blanks.
